Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting:
- Lead the creation and ongoing management of comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to uncover trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive business performance and support informed decision-making.
- Prepare and disseminate accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Manage Orders controlling process incl. margin analysis pre- and post-calculation and be responsible for cost centers accounting practice
- Perform in-depth financial analyses to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of specific projects, initiatives, and business opportunities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to assess the financial implications of various business scenarios
- Collaborate in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of robust financial planning and analysis systems and tools
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function
- Collaborate in the development and maintenance of annual budgets for the company and individual departments
- Proactively monitor budget variances and take corrective action as necessary
- Develop accurate financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning
- Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  - Generate comprehensive financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for management and stakeholders
  - Conduct in-depth financial data analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  - Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous transaction review and posting
  - Analyze customer and vendor relationships by monitoring account aging and identifying potential risks
  - Perform in-depth financial analyses to evaluate the feasibility and impact of key projects and initiatives
  - Streamline the monthly/quarterly/annual financial close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  - Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  - Prepare insightful variance reports to analyze budget performance and identify areas for improvement
  - Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  - Develop compelling financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
Other Duties:
- Liaise with external auditors and other stakeholders
- Participate in special projects related to accounting and finance
- Represent the organization in meetings with auditors and other external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on finance and accounting best practices and emerging technologies
- Identify and implement cost-effective measures
