Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced HSE Site Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental activities across our construction sites in Madinaty. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance, reducing risks, and fostering a culture of safety among all teams on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and site-specific safety plans.
Conduct daily inspections, risk assessments, and regular audits across the construction site.
Investigate all incidents, near-misses, and safety violations, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Ensure full compliance with local regulations, OSHA standards, and ISO requirements.
Deliver safety inductions and training sessions to staff, subcontractors, and visitors.
Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and project teams to maintain best safety practices.
Lead emergency preparedness and response drills.
Prepare safety reports, maintain accurate records, and share regular KPIs with management.
Oversee the use of PPE, safety signage, and workplace hazard controls.
Participate in HSE meetings and safety reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
