Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the B2B marketplace, cross-border trade, and agritech sectors.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for technology solutions.
Lead the assessment of business processes, proposing improvements and innovations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve user satisfaction.
