We’re seeking a Remote Immigration Legal Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on client intake, petition preparation, and supporting our attorneys throughout the immigration process.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed client intake interviews and collect supporting documentation

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video in English, Arabic, and Spanish

Track deadlines, maintain case files, and ensure timely follow-up

Coordinate with attorneys to ensure cases are moving forward efficiently

Provide excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism

Required Qualifications

Fluency in Arabic, Spanish, and English (verbal and written)

At least 1–2 years of experience in U.S. immigration law (family-based, humanitarian, or removal defense preferred)

Experience with form preparation and case management systems (e.g., Lawmatics, Docketwise, or similar)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, GSuite, etc.)

High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Prior remote work experience

Familiarity with immigration procedures
