Job Description:

Position Overview:

As an Administrative Operations Assistant within our coding bootcamp, you will be an integral part of ensuring the efficient functioning of our educational programs, even in a remote work environment. Your role is to provide essential administrative support and coordination, enabling the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. We're looking for someone who can think independently, solve problems, and take the initiative to improve processes, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Student Support: Assist with student inquiries, enrollment, and the onboarding process. Ensure that students have the resources and information they need for a successful learning experience.

- Admissions: Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their suitability for the program, providing guidance and information during the admissions process.

- Scheduling: Coordinate class schedules, instructor availability, and virtual meeting logistics to maintain a seamless educational experience.

- Technology Support: Help students and instructors with basic technical issues, such as access to online learning platforms and software, even when working remotely.

- Supplies and Resources: Manage the procurement of educational materials and supplies in an online environment, ensuring the availability of necessary resources for the bootcamp.

- Resume & LinkedIn Review: Assist students in enhancing their resumes and LinkedIn profiles to make them more appealing to potential employers.

- Job Application Assistance: Provide support to students in their job application processes, including reviewing application materials and helping them secure employment opportunities.

- Communication: Act as a communication link between students, instructors, and management, facilitating effective information flow and addressing any concerns through virtual channels.

- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing bootcamp events, workshops, and student meetings in a virtual setting, including logistics, materials, and participant coordination.

- Project Support: Provide operational support for various bootcamp projects, track progress, and assist with project-related activities while working remotely.

Working Hours:
The available working hours are from Saturday to Thursday. The core working hours are from 10 AM to 3 PM, and from 7 PM to 12 AM. The daily working hours are 9 (There is 1 hour as break over the day), and any work beyond the core hours will be considered as overtime.

Work Environment:
This role operates remotely, with the majority of tasks being completed in a virtual setting. The successful candidate will be equipped to effectively work from their home or another remote location and collaborate with a virtual team.
