Job Description
- Responsible for determining the value of assets.
- Undertake inspections for different types of (real estate properties (lands-buildings-apartments-etc.)
- Determining the condition of different types of buildings.
- Prepare market research for various industries to estimate replacement costs and fair value estimates.
- Assist with the valuation of other tangible assets.
- Understand technical data, charts, , maps, records and documentation.
- Writing valuation reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering (Civil / Architecture) .
- 2 to 5 years' experience.
- Proficiency in documentation and report writing.
- Proficiency in using computers software (MS-Office package/ AUTOCAD).
- Review and audit of numbers and territory.
- Able to work indoors and outdoors if necessary.
- Good knowledge of different types of internal and external finishing materials.
