Job Description
Customer Support Role:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions effectively.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their needs.
Sales Role:
- Identify and seize sales opportunities to promote our products or services.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Shift-Based Work:
Work in a shift-based environment with two available shifts.
1st Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Dubai Time)
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Dubai Time)
Off days will be fixed but not on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
Job Requirements
- Russian Language is a MUST.
- Fluent or very Good English is a must.
- Previous experience in customer care and sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with software like Ziwo and popular CRMs is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
