Job Description
- Preparing Furniture production shop drawings, cutting sheets & lists
- Preparing Furniture Layouts, presentations, 3d renderings according to the client's need
- Preparing and reviewing working shop drawings for projects & facilities whenever needed.
- Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed architecture and interior design drawings and renderings
- Prepare the project contract documents (schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
- Study and reply to requests for information on all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise and coordinating with all departments & another trade consultant.
- Customer modifications & receiving adjustment items
- Receiving units before delivery of the client
- Quantity surveying.
- Costing & cost analysis.
- Cutting lists, bill of materials
Job Requirements
- Engineering · Applied Arts · Furniture
- Experience: minimum 5 years ( Must be in office furniture )
- Excellent on AutoCAD, 3D max, MS Office, Solid Works, or Autodesk Fusion
- well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent on Design ·Interior Design and Creative ·
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
