Job Description
- Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance
- Responding to emergencies & diagnosing faults
- Repairing equipment and testing repairs
- supervising contractors, and engineering and technical staff.
- Ordering specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
- Minitoring and Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
- Keeping records of faults and repairs.
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
Job Requirements
- 6-8 years of proven experience as maintenance manager - FMCG industry is plus
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of mechanical, electrical systems etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
