Job Description
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs for Circle K Egypt's stores.
- Coordinate with store managers and maintenance teams to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment, facilities, and systems.
- Manage and monitor maintenance budgets and expenses.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance services.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of equipment and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the retail or facilities management industry.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong ability to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance activities.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and standards in the retail or facilities management industry.
- Familiarity with local regulations and requirements related to maintenance.
- Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate with store managers, maintenance teams, and external contractors.
- Competence in managing maintenance budgets and controlling costs.
