Job Description
- Develop and execute acceleration programs to support the growth of startups.
- Identify and select startups with high growth potential for inclusion in the acceleration program.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to startups to enhance their growth trajectory.
- Collaborate with internal and external mentors and industry experts to provide valuable insights.
- Facilitate access to resources, networks, and funding opportunities for accelerated startups.
- Monitor and assess the progress of startups in the acceleration program.
- Organize demo days and pitch events to showcase the achievements of accelerated startups.
- Collaborate with the Investment Manager to identify potential investment opportunities among accelerated startups.
- Evaluate and refine acceleration program strategies based on feedback and outcomes.
- Work closely with the Communication Manager to highlight success stories and achievements of accelerated startups.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience at the similar role
- Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
