Job Description
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Job Requirements
•Obtains customer opinions on the product and how to improve it, and creates close relationships with customers during the customer care phase
• He follows up on customer complaints, and makes the necessary communication with the relevant departments, whether they are factory operation management or product quality control...etc. He works as a liaison with the aim of quickly removing their causes. He also studies complaints reports and works to avoid their occurrence in order to reach the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• He follows up electronic communications on the company’s electronic pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and responds to customer inquiries.
• Prepares a database of competitors in similar products, conducts a comparative study between them from a technical standpoint, and transfers this information to the sales and marketing teams on an ongoing basis.
