Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and evaluate commercial strategies, pricing models, and promotional initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies to capitalize on them.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales performance, market share, and other relevant metrics to assess commercial effectiveness.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives, such as new product launches, market expansion, or pricing changes.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate analysis findings, recommendations, and performance updates to stakeholders.
- Support the financial planning and budgeting process by providing accurate and timely financial data, variance analysis, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between commercial plans, financial goals, and operational capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting the commercial landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, and commercial strategy development, preferably in a similar role within the industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data from multiple sources.
- Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel skills. Experience with data visualization tools is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex analysis findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Knowledge of the industry's regulatory framework, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
