We are looking for a professional Operations Manager - Rently Project to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations. The role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization.Responsibilities:Manage real estate assets and find the best practices for commercial and residential leasing.Manage partnerships with real estate owners.Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.Improve operational management systems, processes and best practicesHelp the organization’s processes remain legally compliantFormulate strategic and operational objectivesExamine financial data and use them to improve profitabilityManage budgets and forecasts Perform quality controls and monitor tenants collectionKnowledge on how to lease and sublease using (Ejar Platform) Find ways to increase quality of customer serviceRequirements and skills Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar roleKnowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations managementExperience budgeting and forecasting.Familiarity with business and financial principlesExcellent communication skillsLeadership abilityOutstanding organizational skillsDegree in Business, Operation Management, or related field
