Hit rate with relevance to no. of offers vs. no. of inquiries. Speed & efficiency of response to customer Inquiries. Quality & quantity of offers made. No. of mistakes in specifying or pricing of the required product. Market coverage Follow- up customers on his customer list on regular basis. Create new customers by searching new opportunities. Visit consulting & engineering offices and maintain good relationship with them. Follow up all inquiries whether coming from the sales or supplier side.
