We are hiring a Maintenance Engineer for one of our clients :Job Responsibilities:Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose the root cause, and execute timely repairs.Coordinate and participate in the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new equipment.Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure proper installation and compliance with technical specifications through carrying out new inquiries and fitting new parts.Conduct equipment performance tests and fine-tuning to achieve optimal operational parameters.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, service reports, and maintenance logsGenerate and submit periodic maintenance reports, highlighting equipment performance, maintenance costs, and recommendations for improvement.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to maintenance activitiesReview daily work orders and provide reports to direct managerLead, train and maintenance workers, Proving technical support and training on new equipment.playing an active role in helping the organization set up and execute preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, or any other preferred maintenance program.Support and participate in technical sales activities by generating AND/OR selling new spare parts and molds or either new machine to the clients.Responding to customer call-outs.Traveling to client locations for equipment inspection.Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.From 1 to 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer Ability to work well in a team environment.Leadership Skills Work Conditions: Working: Hours: from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PMWorking days : From Sunday to ThursdayWork location : Dokki , Giza Benefits:Social Insurance + Attractive Salary
