Job Description
- Study project documents BOQ, drawings and contract.
- Issue projects procurement plans.
- Prepare RFQ and follow up supplier inquiries.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractor financially and technically.
- Ensure material ordered conform to specifications and quality.
- Follow up material submittals and approvals.
- Prepare supplier comparison and select suitable supplier.
- Issue purchase orders.
- Issue contracts for subcontractor.
- Prepare supplier comparison and select suitable supplier.
- Follow up orders delivery time, material testing and supplier payment.
- Supplier and subcontractor evaluation
- Survey current market price and status.
- Update supplier and subcontractor database.
Job Requirements
- Electrical engineering bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 year of experience in the same field.
- Background in the construction field.
