Job Description

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to support the development and execution of the marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and adoption of Visa's products and solutions.


Support the development and execution of product launch plans.


Develop sales enablement materials, including sales collateral, training materials, and presentations, to support the sales team in effectively communicating the value of Visa's products and services to clients and partners and to drive and adoption of our products.


Manage external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing assets and campaigns on time and on budget to deliver a holistic approach that drives our business goals.


Partner with global and regional teams to ensure consistency of messaging and approach across the region, while also tailoring strategies and tactics to local market needs Be the advocate for the brand in all major product design and delivery by driving our Visa brand within our target audience.


This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.



Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
 7+ years of experience in (Product) marketing in a regional role
 Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
 Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision making.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
 Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
 Understanding of the payments industry and the competitive landscape is a plus.
 Arabic and French languages are plus.
