Fiat Operations Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage customers' fiat currency deposits and withdrawals on the exchange platform, be responsible for overseeing and executing the transfer of fiat currency into and out of the exchange. Reconcile daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts. Resolve customer inquiries related to payment processing Analyze and highlight exceptional items related to settlements and collaborate with cross functional teams and banking partners to resolve quickly Support future development efforts by testing new product offerings Provide performance reports with metrics for assessing performance and improvements Support the accounting team with reconciliations and other payment-related activities Review settlement operations and suggest areas of improvements and automations Support on ad-hoc requests from cross functional teams

What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in crypto exchange, banking, or fintech industries. Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and related regulations in UAE. Proficient in financial reconciliation and accounting principles. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice to Haves

Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken. Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and compliance procedures is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
