Job Description

A well known company within the event and exhibition industry seeks an Arabic speaking sales professional to develop business with new clients and develop existing existing relationships. The candidate will have a positive, customer driven approach, ensuring they meet customer expectations.The ideal candidate for this role will have a sales background from a hotel, venue, exhibition contractor or exhibition organiser and will know the international market.Responsibilities include:Supporting the sales team in target markets by working to identify new sales opportunities with potential customers in the market segment, through networking, lead generation, and customer appointments, with the goal of acquiring new accountsSupporting and developing sales plans that provide clearly defined strategies, tactics and timeframes to maximize revenueRepresent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning and ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the companyWork with support service and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectationsMeet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accountsCommunicate prospect requirements to delivery teams so as to create appropriate solutions within budgetsPartner with organizers and exhibitors through strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their business priorities, needs and strategies to deliver a value-add business solutionManage customer relationships within acquired accounts to gain strategic positioning with decision makers to retain existing revenue and acquire additional businessContinually learn and develop knowledge of new technologies and selling points including enhancing expertise in the company's services and solutionsDrive new business opportunities by attracting new customers and offering them additional value added services that the company can provideDiscuss budgets, pricing and contracts with the customers and service providersProactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis This is an excellent company to work for with good prospects and great benefits.
