Positionbehaviors,Bulgari MEAI is delighted to announce that we are looking for a Deputy Store Manager to join our magical team in Jeddah Khayyat Centre.As a Deputy Store Manager, you will model the behaviours, skills and knowledge, as well as business acumen, managerial prowess and coaching posture consistently and continuously.You will be an ambassador of the Bulgari Maison inside an outside the Boutique, often attending local and regional events.Reporting to the store manager and supporting in reaching the business target, your role will also be to ensure the boutique’s excellence with daily retail operations,Profileproblem-solvingAct as a reference person for all staff in sale-related processes and queries on the sales floor, often quickly problem solving to ensure a smooth client experience.Provide feedback to sales team and after sale team on service delivery and sales attitudeAct as a individual and team contributor with sales targets.Model an elevated client experience posture when on the shop floor, and champion best practices to the teamManage clients concerns/ disputes/ complaints assuring that the customer satisfaction is constantly pursued and restoredApprove discounts as per policySupport in Rota managementSupport in analysing the business trends, both within store and local competitor market – what are the best sellers, slow sellers and how to generate business ideas to support guidelinesPerform back office activities coordination (when Head of Back Office is not on duty)Additional informationThe person we are looking for has at least 5-7 years of experience in a sales position with a very strong commercial acumen.Has successfully driven own sales target for self and supported in collective targets of store and / or market.The successful candidate has a track proven record of proactively handling client relationship inside and outside the boutique.She /He is conscious committed and driven by effectiveness at work, has already managed a team of sales people and is able to share Knowledge of the luxury industry by being curious of the market and the competition.With the Store Manager she/He will ensure that the store embodies the brand guidelines to the highest level and runs smoothly on a day to day basis.
