Let us explore this together!For an overview of our work culture and benefits, click here.Job Purpose:Support Operation & Maintenance Functions with engineering Analysis, troubleshooting, problem identification, problem resolution activities to run the plant safely & efficiently without interruption and with effective cost optimization.Key Accountabilities:Evaluate and troubleshoot instrumentation and control system issues, performance problems to improve mean time to repair (MTTR) , mean time between failure (MTBF) and increase Equipment availability.Provide and conduct technical support per the job requirements that’s includes EHSS team, technical team, maintenance team to enhance preventive maintenance strategies, checks, along with predictive maintenance strategies and operation-based maintenance checks.Review & develop according to the business requirements MOCs, Projects related, Turnaround related, Standard maintenance procedures SMPs (ensure the compliance), data sheets with developing/reviewing maintenance scope of work accordingly.Comply with SAN policies, OMS procedures and contribute in achieving the KPIs as per the company requirements capitalizing and funded by SABIC Value and SABIC Leadership way (SLW).Conduct, engage or facilitate the related failure analyses, Engineering studies, rework internal investigations, improvement studies, technical reports and quality/safety assurance audits for major breakdowns and non-routine maintenance activities. Participate effectively in OME’s meeting and provide all needed technical maintenance support based in the company requirement.Evaluate new technologies, best practices and alternatives for equipment repair, Improvement and come up with the optimum decision.Ensure the availability of spare parts of EHSS and production criticality evaluate new spare part registration formalities, and carry out obsoleteness review, Participate effectively in TA preparation, execution, quality checks, and following up on findings.Participate in annual budget preparation by providing all required capital spare parts and special maintenance.Manage equipment repairs, upgrades and complex installations utilizing in-house resources or contractor services.Review and evaluate the capabilities of vendors and contractors to determine their acceptability to perform major services. Monitor & close all payments for the contractor services in timely manner.Provide full support to managers, supervisors, planners, EHSS representative and monitor the Junior Engineers.Minimum education and experience requirement:Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized and approved program and 5 years of experience in relative working field.We are proud to be a diverse and an equal opportunity employer.
