Accountant, Cost Recovery (Collection)

Primary purpose of job Plan and implement approved policies and procedures for various cost recovery applications to proper accounting thereofEnsure all financial payments are regularly received and all revenues/recoveries are consistently accounted for Education, Experience & Skills8+ years of experience in medium to large organization with adequate exposure to accounting & finance functions Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Business / Accounting and preferably a Certified Public Accountant I Chartered Accountant / Cost & Management Accountant / MBA in FinancePrevious experience in similar capacity in an oil and gas industry would be an advantageKnowledge of systems in a computerized business environment which includes knowledge and experience in MS Office packages, SAP or similar advanced ERP systemsExtensive knowledge and experience of accounting /Receivables systems/ cost recovery systems and processes
