To provide course related information & services to prospective learners / client organizations and secure admissions/ closures/sales for the Organization.Work Relations Internal Interface: -Head of BusinessAssistant Manager Business Development • Product TeamMarketing/Business Development team • Business development teamStudent coordinatorsFinance & facilitiesExternal Interface: -Prospective Students & Client organizationsExternal Venue managersHR/Admin officersEducational consultantsSales partnersCritical Accountabilities Lead ManagementData from walk-insCounselling, Conversion, Payments and ReportingProvide information on courses, eligibility, duration, fee level, suitability to career etc • Verify documents and credentials as per needDisbursement of scholarship and/or discounts as per eligibility and scheme noteFollow up on registration and fee paymentPrepare and disseminate MIS reports as per format and as per advised periodicity Event handlingHelp them in their transactions for admissions/fee payment / course progress etc
