Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Cairo, Egypt.Our client is one of the leading companies in the field of Logistics.Job DescriptionResponsible for generating new business leads and securing new clients.Arranging and conducting one to one sales visits to new clients & regularly visiting existing customers.Organize and oversee the schedules, territories, and performance of sales executives.Come up with new market scanning tactics and ensure new team members are on top of their districts.Make sales presentation to new prospects.Plan and organize sales outline for subordinates.Provide periodic sales report activity to manager.Maintain records on CRM system.Resolve customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficientsales operations.Comply to ISO 9001-2015 rules and guidelines..Job Requirements:Bachelors degree in Logistics, Marketing, Business administration / Commerce, or any related fields.At least 5-7 years of experience in sales function.Shipping and freight forwarding experience.Proficiency in both written and oral English and Arabic.Proficient in computer skills, especially concerning CRM software and tools.Benefits:Medical insuranceProfit share.CommissionWorking Conditions:Working Hours: 8hrs (From Sunday to Thursday).Working Model: on-siteJob Type: Full-Time job.At Jadeer, we value diversity and equal opportunity.
