Job Description
3Sixty, a leading provider of digital dental solutions, is looking for a Treatment Planner to join our team.
The Treatment Planner will be responsible for reviewing cases online with clients and offer technical consultations, as well as deliver DPS training to clients who express interest.
Key Responsibility
- Create a stone model of the patient's teeth using an impression or intraoral scan.
- Develop a treatment plan in alignment with the desired outcome.
- Design custom aligners tailored to the patient's case.
- Offer fine-tuning sessions to fellow dentists.
Manage technical customer complaints effectively
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Possess a dental bachelor's degree.
- Must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in implant and digital dentistry.
- Fluent in English with knowledge of specific medical terminology.
- Previous experience in both implant and digital dentistry is required.
Required Skills:
- Fundamental understanding of the product.
- Knowledge enables the employee to create treatment plans for one to three implants with guidance from the team leader.
- Basic knowledge in the fields of Medicine and Dentistry.
- Advanced ethical standards.
- Good persuasion skills.
- Good time management abilities.
- Proficiency in active listening.
- Very good capacity for active learning.
- Good at establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
