The ideal candidate will partner with internal as well as external stakeholders, able to interact and have an impact also with senior leaders in the EU region. She/He will be the primary owner of developing and implementing people and organizational solutions to execute against the business strategy. As part of this role the incumbent will identify, assess, and develop talent in the region and lead key interventions to retain and attract the right talent for critical roles that will support the growth expected in the Region.Your ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders in our MEA region to develop and execute talent strategies for the teams inclusive of growth initiatives, leadership development, acquisition of early talent and diversity and inclusionIdentify and solve operational and organizational challenges leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the departmentEnhance business efficiency through HR process improvement and introduction of Standard WorkUnderstand and analyze organizational needs and capabilities, proactively create, and implement structure improvements, partner with the business leader(s) to identify, assess, and action regional HR initiatives to support the organizational and talent needs, currently or in the future.Develop and execute full cycle recruiting initiatives to attract and recruit top & diverse talent across the region including monthly reporting and analyticsProvide seamless, end-to-end HR operational services and guidance including talent and performance management, compensation & benefits management, ensuring accurate records, system administration, payroll, compliance, labor law and employee relations.Coach and support managers in enhancing their leadership skills and developing teams.Partner and facilitate change management to accelerate growth and sustain effective business processes.Apply skills to facilitate Employee Relations matters. Investigate allegations of misconduct including harassment, discrimination, etc. Guide management on disciplinary and termination procedures.Drive and facilitate events and programs designed to increase associate engagement.Job Requirements12+ years of hands-on HR Business Partner with track record in managing core HR processes such as talent and performance management, talent acquisition, annual salary and equity cycle, employee engagement & relations and organizational development5+ years’ experience in managing significant change/project initiatives driving business growth across multi-site and regional teams in sales, service, and marketingAbility to objectively mentor employees and build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization including remote locations, as well as external partnershipsKnowledge of local labour law and procedures in UAE, South Africa and Saudi ArabiaExperience with HR data analytics and skilled to apply knowledge of key business drivers and the factors that maximize performance for area of responsibilityBachelor degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalentBusiness proficiency in English languageAt VERALTO we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
