By doing so, Moove is creating sustainable jobs for mobility entrepreneurs in the mobility sector.About The RoleAs a Head of Employee Experience you will be responsible for creating seamless experiences for our colleagues across a range of fundamental interactions on their journey at Moove. This will include but isn’t limited to onboarding, payroll, policy management, process management, documentation, resolution of Tier 1 employee relations queries, and all other elements of the high frequency and recurring touch points between Moovers and the business. As a post-Series B business there are many opportunities to standardize and automate our policies and processes to provide a frictionless employee experience. The job holder will be responsible for optimizing existing and future technology to reduce the requirement for manual intervention, eliminate mistakes and enable seamless processing of payroll, benefits administration and all aspects of People administration.What You’ll Be DoingUnderstanding and articulating the most critical touch points on the Employee Experience journey and creating a strategy for continuous improvementEvaluating the efficiency of existing People processes and identifying opportunities for automation and optimisationSetting a payroll and benefits administration strategy for our growing and geographically dispersed business, ensuring that it is executed and delivered seamlessly in line with local tax laws and regulationsManaging third party relationships across the payments spectrum and looking for opportunities to consolidate and streamline where possibleWorking with our Reward team to build first class processes and frameworks for benefits administration that meet our strategic vision for RewardSetting a strategy for knowledge management within the People organisation at Moove and ensuring that our document and data management processes and systems are compliant and fit for purposeCreating and maintaining a framework for policy management and improvement, working hand in hand with our internal communications lead and our People Partners to ensure that these are accessible, available, understood and compliantEstablishing a strategy for People Tech alongside our Systems team that enables hi-tech and mobile product solutions for our employees for all employee experience touchpointsEnsuring that all People products are designed with the internal customer in mind and pursue great Product Market fit, leveraging design thinking to create frictionless experience.Developing and improving our global on and off boarding processes to world class standards enabling our colleagues to deeply understand our mission and our ways of working.Working closely with our People Partners and our local P&L owners to provide continuously improving people services to our Moovers across the worldWhat You Will Need For This Position8+ years of relevant experience in a high growth, customer centric businessExperience working across dispersed geographies and managing the complexities that come with highly diverse employment regulationsUnderstanding of best in class payroll solutions for a multi geography businessesExperience of building and leading teams remotely and across multiple locationsExperience of crafting and setting strategy for People Operations with a demonstrable track record of execution against strategyProduct development mindset with experience of designing and iterating on customer centric people productsKey CompetenciesStrong analytical skillsProcess driven and change management expertiseProject managementTech savvyInnovationCustomer focusSituational adaptabilityStrong communicationWho You'll Be Working with:Directly reporting to our Chief People Officer, and closely working with our People Team.About The TeamOur team is collaborative, positive, curious, and engaged.
