Job Description
Recruitment Specialist
- Planning & executing all recruiting efforts of the company after alignment with Sales Director
- Developing quarterly projections for recruiting in liaison with Marketing team for the recruitment activities plan.
- Managing monthly payroll enrolment ensuring accurate and on time delivery.
- Create & implement retention Programs for the Sales Agents & Staff.
- Develop the Agents’ & staff Training Needs Analysis.
- Create and implement a performance management system.
- Keeping monthly Associate rankings for the regional Top 10 awards.
- Support the broker owner to set the office policies & procedures.
- Do orientation for newcomers.
- Monitor employees & Agents attendance records regarding time off/sick leave/benefits.
- Maintain personnel files & Prepare and do annual reviews of support staff.
- Ensuring Agent & stuff support and compliance with established procedures (Independent Contractor and Employment Agreements).
- Providing a smooth transition whenever an Agent enters or leaves the system.
- Conduct exit interviews with all Agents separating from the company
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github and Stack Overflow
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Team spirit
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
