Job Description
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
- Familiarity with web design and a keen eye for detail.
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Handling day-to-day operational tasks related to the website.
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials. Coordinating and working closely with the finance department to process payments.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to customers’ queries and concerns.
- Handling website official office page customers inquiries.
- Resolve and follow up customer compliant within 24-48 hours.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints and call reports As and updating the data base.
- Call center adherence.
- Customer Acquisition and retention through calling customers to remake orders or place new orders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of commerce
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Computer skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced soft skills (Communication, collaboration, time management, presentation, etc
- v. Good in English is a must.
- Customer management experience.
