Position Overview

We are in search of a proficient and results-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team within the technology industry. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in account management, a solid grasp of technology solutions and ERP projects, and the ability to foster and nurture robust client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Relationship Management & Business Growth Advocate:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling daily communication and addressing inquiries or requests promptly.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Organize and lead meetings and checkpoints, setting agendas and steering discussions towards strategic alignment with clients.
  • Monitor and ensure the progress of mutual business growth plans with clients, coordinating action plans with the technical team to meet business objectives.
  • Uphold high levels of client satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage project documentation and prepare presentations for clients, showcasing our offerings and product catalog.

Reporting & Project Management:

  • Prepare risk registers and review sprint reports, ensuring effective communication with clients.
  • Oversee contract management processes, including invoicing, collections, and adherence to payment terms and schedules.
  • Plan and manage accounts revenue, providing consultancy to clients to maximize value from their investment.
  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms, amending or creating contracts as necessary based on mutual agreement.

 

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management.
  • Strong understanding of technology and ERP products and services.
  • Solid sales experience in a B2B environment.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to oversee multiple client accounts.
  • Familiarity with agile software delivery principles.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and account management systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Availability for travel as needed.
