Job Description
As an Interior Designer, your primary responsibility is to create and design interior spaces for various units, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and client satisfaction. Your role involves preparing comprehensive presentation materials to effectively communicate design concepts, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and actively participating in client meetings and presentations to showcase your design proposals.
- Creating and developing design schemes for residential units can fit client’s request.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, furnishing, colors and products to support the client with competitive home designs and creative ideas.
- Prepare presentation materials, including mood boards, renderings, and sample boards.
- Assist with space planning and layout design ideas.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Support the design team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Support the planning and implementation to achieve the working calendar.
Job Requirements
- +5 years of professional experience in developing and executing 2D, 3D rendering, creative Design, editing and animation content.
- Solid computer skills (MS Office, web-based applications)
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and prototyping
- Strong conceptual and visual design skills leading to thoughtful creative executions; expert in graphic design; able to own the design process from concept to final delivery.
- Detail and deadline oriented.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Strong drafting, space planning, interior and architectural design skills.
- High standards for time management.
- Flexible and creative problem-solving.
