Job Description
- Build a pool of qualified candidates for various positions, to fulfill the hiring requirements.
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Create job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role in hiring Blue Collars
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
