Attention all Call Center Agents! Are you looking for your next career move? We are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team. The selected candidate will be perform the following duties:
- Manage inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Provide courteous and professional phone support to customers.
- Update customers account data, as required.
- Ability to identify problem issues and determine the appropriate course of action/redirection within department guidelines required to resolve issues.
- Fulfill all duties as communicated and assigned by the call center supervisor.
- Other duties might be assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role (call center or customer service environment).
- Good English Language
- Very good PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Power Point).
- Age: 23 to 27
