Job Description
• Build strong connection with current and potential customers, evaluate and facilitate the fulfilment of their needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Communicate with team members to make sure customer requirements are fulfilled
• Complete customer and order information on ERP/CRM system
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Gather feedback from customers and/or prospects and share with internal teams
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and team management in a real estate
• Establishing relationships with potential clients and acquiring them
• Good command of English language
• Good computer skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent presentation skills
• Effective communication skills
• motivated ,proactive and fast learner
• Able to achieve sales targets
* Owning a car is preferable
