Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Graphic Designer, specializing in 3D modeling, to join our innovative team. This role demands a unique blend of creativity and technical proficiency, enabling the design of visually captivating experiences across a variety of platforms, including game development, XR (Extended Reality) development, and mobile app interfaces. The ideal candidate will possess a broad experience base, having contributed to diverse projects from app development to XR environments, and will support both our marketing and UI/UX teams with high-impact visual content.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts for a wide range of projects, including mobile apps, video games, and XR applications.
- Craft detailed 3D models and animations for use in game development and XR environments, ensuring optimal performance and visual quality.
- Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to design visually compelling assets that enhance user interface and overall user experience in apps and digital platforms.
- Support the marketing team by creating engaging graphics, animations, and visual effects that elevate brand visibility and campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in all stages of design and development, from concept through to final execution, ensuring a cohesive visual style across all media.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in graphic design, 3D modeling, and XR development to continuously elevate our creative output.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on visual design strategies and best practices to teams across the organization.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Expert proficiency in graphic design and 3D modeling tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
- Strong foundation in visual principles, including type, color, composition, and layout, as applied to both 2D and 3D design.
- Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine, especially in the context of XR development.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to create assets that complement user interface designs and enhance user experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt style and aesthetics to suit various platforms and project requirements.
- Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, and visual effects techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design and 3D modeling projects.
