Job Description

For a interior Design office , we need a technical office engineer he can do : 

1. **Design Support**: Collaborating with architects and designers to develop architectural plans, layouts, and drawings.

2. **Technical Drawings**: Creating detailed technical drawings using software like AutoCAD or Revit, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

3. **Documentation**: Preparing and organizing project documentation, including specifications, materials lists, and technical reports.

4. **Construction Management**: Overseeing construction activities to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

5. **Problem Solving**: Resolving technical issues and challenges that arise during the design and construction phases.

6. **Communication**: Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and address concerns.

7. **Budget and Schedule Management**: Assisting in the development and management of project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

 

 

Job Requirements

1. **Education**: A bachelor's degree in architecture. 

2. **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,

3. **Attention to Detail**: Technical Office Architects must be detail-oriented, with the ability to produce accurate drawings, specifications, and documentation. Precision is crucial to ensure that designs can be implemented effectively.

4. **Communication Skills**: Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with architects, engineers, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Technical Office Architects must be able to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.

5. **Problem-Solving Abilities**: The ability to identify and solve technical challenges that arise during the design and construction process is crucial. Technical Office Architects should be proactive in addressing issues and finding creative solutions.
