Job Description
• Contact current or potential customers .
• Set appointments, meet & present new/existing Units for clients.
• Confirming sales actions, prices, contract terms, and payments.
• Keeping in contact with existing clients in person and by telephone.
• Reporting sales trends to Sales Management/department manager
Action plan–Leads Status
Property buyers/sellers lead generation through journals, real estate portals, referrals, and any other means to generate leads.
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
• Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
• Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
• Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes/properties they are visiting.
Job Requirements
- Real Estate experience is a must.
- 2 To 5 Years Experience in Sales.
- Preferred Age between 24 – 30.
