Job Description
- responsible for supervising and improving production.
- develop strategies to improve production efficiency.
- monitor the production process
- monitor supervisors and ensure they stick with work instructions and quality work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Identifying problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting any unsafe practices.
- Analyzing all facets of production and suggesting improvements.
Job Requirements
- Experience in furniture is amust.
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and processes, also all machining processes and functions (metal & wood)
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- bachelor degree in mechanical / industrial engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office.
- aware with ISO requirements 5s, process flow, ...etc
- familiar with planning concept MRP and production planning.
