Job Description
- Develop and optimize injection molding processes to meet quality, cost, and efficiency requirements.
- Design and implement tooling, molds, and fixtures for injection molding operations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new plastic products and processes.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in injection molding processes, tooling design, and plastic materials.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
