Responsibilities:
1- Windows Server Administration:
* Install, configure, and maintain Windows server environments.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
* Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
* Implement updates, patches, and security configurations.
2- Security Systems Management:
*Develop and implement robust security measures to safeguard IT infrastructure.
*Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
*Respond to security incidents, analyze root causes, and implement preventive measures.
*Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies.
3- Certification and Compliance:
*Possess and maintain relevant Microsoft certifications in Windows Server Administration.
*Work towards achieving additional certifications as required.
4- Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
*Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
*Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems promptly.
*Collaborate with other IT professionals to address complex challenges.
5 - Documentation:
*Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and procedures.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven +5 Years’ experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role.
* Strong knowledge and expertise in Windows Server Administration (DHCP-AD-DNS-Exchange-IIS).
* Advanced Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) are required.
* Solid understanding of security protocols and best practices.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
* Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
* Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus.
