Job Description

Responsible for managing access on intranet applications and managing security permissions and authorization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as IAM subject matter expert by designing anddevelop,implementing,consulting security standards, procedures, andguideline for multiple platforms and various system environments.
  • Drive key initiatives that focus on improving overall security posture aroundidentity and access management program.
  • Architect, recommend solutions, support, maintain and develop the securityinfrastructure to support a centralized Identity Access Management (IAM)System.
  • Administer and support the privileged access management (e.g.,1Password), Multi- factor authentication (e.g., Okta Verify, Duo Security,Azure).
  • Assist with validating requests connecting applications integration requestsinto the IAM operation.
  • Oversee the collation of data and the distribution of daily and monthlyoperational reports
  • Apply technical Management experience to design, implement, Consultand support highly available Web-Hosting solutions.
  • Perform system analysis, which include requirement definition andreporting the Web-Hsoting Solutions license which used, and which not usedand providing cost benefit analysis to ensure cost effective utilization ofcompany resources.
  • Consult, Design, Development implementation and maintenance of processautomation to enhance service provides to ELARABY business.
  • Design, implement, configure, and maintain various Cloud Services , onpremises services and Operating Systems to ensure the system is running inbest practice Model and Reliable for business needs.
  • Identify improvements to IT documentation, network maps,processes/procedures, and tickets, to make sure that every point in systemis documented.
  • Keep all tickets and projects updated and track time in a detailed format , tohave metric can measure Performance on it.
  • Configure, manage, secure, and troubleshoot active directoryorganizational units and group policy , to ensure the healthy status of it.
  • Train 1st and 2nd Line Of support on new system and Technology , to ensurethat knowledge shared and help them quickly solve end user Issues.
  • Design, implement, configure, and maintain various Cloud Services , onpremises services and Operating Systems to ensure the system is running inbest practice Model and Reliable for business needs.
  • Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • 2-4 Years of experience in related field.
  • Excellent communications skills with a high customer service orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Keen on self and employee development.
  • Excellent written & spoken English and Arabic.
  • Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight Deadlines.
