Job Tasks:
- Responsible for day-to-day management of relationship Clients.
- Responding to requests in a timely and thorough manner.
- Maintains constant communication with clients regarding project requirements.
- Responsible for notifying clients of relevant fluctuations.Provides timely and straightforward reporting.
- Responsible for ensuring all projects progress according to schedule
- Providing the operations team with timelines for projects.
- Responsible for following up on deliverables.
- Plans, schedules, and manages the work needed to ensure the successful completion of project.
- Updating client profiles.
