Job Description
- Manage software development projects and coordinate between the IT department and business areas.
- Plan, execute, and complete software projects within budget and timeline.
- Lead cross-functional teams and assign tasks to team members.
- Communicate project status, risks, and changes to clients.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Implement process improvements for future projects.
- Analyze business requests and categorize them into projects, change requests, and business as usual.
- Identify and resolve/escalate potential conflicts among different requests.
- Act as an escalation path into and outside the Enterprise Application department.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of prior project management experience in software development.
- Experience in Travel and Tourism (B2B or B2C) back-end is a must.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in product development, service delivery management, or project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of software development processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
