Job Description
- Correspondence with clients by phone or email.
- Correspondence with ground operators.
- Login to Agency booking engines for bookings and quotations.
- Send quotations to clients.
- Follow up on Bookings and confirmations.
- Create clients profiles and invoices in Tourism software.
- Enter clients data entry in excel sheets and other tourism software.
- Create final documents to send to clients.
- Enter Tour packages on website.
- Provide Customer service to clients.
Job Requirements
This job is for a tourism company in California - America and therefore requires the following:
- The work requires very good proficiency in the English language (pronunciation - reading - writing).
- Working hours follow the daily time in the state of California - America PST
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience in the field of reservations and operations.
- The job requires good experience working on a computer, in addition to very good experience in Microsoft programs (Excel - Word).
