Job Description
- Maintain and update TMG’s organizational Charts in alignment with (Promotions, resignations, Internal Transfers, New Hires and approved Manpower Plans).
- Updates job description for each position in line with business needs.
- Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.
- Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.
- Develop team-building exercises and workshops.
- Design and facilitate in-house events (e.g. workshops, away days) as required.
- Create Job Evaluation and Job Analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Organizational Development role.
- Organizational Development design experience.
- Excellent command of English.
- Computer skills and MS. Visio.
- Strong problem solving skills and can prioritize to achieve.
- Excellent analytical skills.
