Job Description
- Call all the reps. to register their Market visits on the system.
- Calling customers to make confirmation regarding receiving the grantee certificate.
- Receiving calls from customers and handling their complains and inquires.
- Handling Customer Complains and report them to the CS Manager.

- Good communication & presentation skills.
