Job Description
- Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner.
- Assure all service requests are completed on a daily basis.
- Inspect building and complete checklist.
- Order parts and supplies and maintain inventory, utilizing inventory system.
- Performs assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
- Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
- Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Major: Civil or Architecture Engineering
- Should be at least 5 to 7 years of experience.
