Job Description
- We are currently looking for a Senior Server Administrators to join our level 3 support team.
- This position will be highly demanding and highly rewarding for the right candidate as the coverage is 24/7 so there is a rotating roster which includes night shift.
- The main daily duties will be to provide level 3 support to all the server infrastructure of our various clients.
The tasks below will need to be performed on a daily basis:
- Resolution of tickets escalated from first and second level helpdesk staff
- Provide support & assistance as needed for first and second level help desk staff
- Administering Windows 2008/2012 Servers, Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services , Microsoft Lync 2010/2013 infrastructure
- Administering virtual machines on Hyper-V or VMWare , Backups and disaster recovery plans for the whole environment
- Creating and updating operational procedures and documentation for first and second level helpdesk staff
Job Requirements
The right candidate must have the following combination of education & experience:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- Microsoft Certification for Exchange (MCM, MCITP, MCTS, MCSE, OR MCSM)
- Microsoft Certification relating to Windows Server (MCITP, MCTS, MCSE, OR MCSM)
- Microsoft Certification for Lync (MCM, MCITP, MCTS, MCSE, OR MCSM)
- 5+ years experience working as an administrator on Windows Server technology
- 3+ years experience working as an administrator on Microsoft Exchange
- Fluent English is a must (reading, writing, & speaking)
- Proven overall IT knowledge and skills in managing complex environment
- Proven ability to design and implement new solutions
- Proven track record as a team leader providing support to junior team members
