Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
  • Liaise with stakeholders to maintain correct flow of information
  • Coordinate activities, allocation of resources and equipment
  • Attend Site Meeting & Undertake Project Site Coordination
  • Determine all hardware and materials required to complete each task/activity
  • Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower, mobilization, materials planning & ordering.
  • Develop early equipment procurement recommendations and monitor timelines
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and partners to ensure scopes and objectives are met
  • Ensure execution follows design and Engineer specifications
  • Assist In Material Costing & Provide Material List For Quotation
  • Assist In Handling Progress Claim, Final Claims, Project Planning, Project Schedule & Risk Management
  • Coordinate schedule and impact assessments with Operations and Construction teams
  • Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Responds to operational escalations and emergencies as required
  • Ensure installation/tests are documented in accordance with procedures

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to converse in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Communications skills due to need to liaise clients and sub-contractors
  • Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • BS in Engineering
  • Able to commit on weekend if required (rarely)
  • Able To Coordinate With Sub-Contractor, Supplier & Consultancy
  • Study Project Schedule , Plan Site Works On Daily Basis And Report Defect/Non Compliance To Project Manager/Director
  • Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
  • Relevant Experience In Construction Industry
  • AUTOCAD
